The end time of the evening is not indicated. It is advisable to arrive early to park, reach the entrance and complete the ticket check without rushing.

Comfortable shoes: the event takes place in an archaeological complex with historic surfaces and irregular passages.
A light layer for the evening and, in case of uncertain weather, a compact raincoat.
2. The place: the Early Christian Basilicas
Built around the tomb of San Felice in Pincis in an area already used as a Roman necropolis, the Cimitile complex was for centuries one of the most celebrated sacred places of Christianity. The basilicas, developed mainly between the 4th and 5th centuries thanks to the work of Paulinus of Nola, preserve architecture, mosaics, frescoes, sculptures and funerary stratifications of exceptional historical and artistic value.
Guided tours suspended due to restoration works
On the occasion of the 2 and 3 September concerts, guided tours of the Early Christian Basilicas complex cannot take place. The site is currently affected by an important restoration and enhancement project promoted by the Superintendence of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape for the Metropolitan Area of Naples. The intervention affects several spaces and is aimed at preserving the precious testimonies of the complex, improving its usability and starting it towards a new season of enhancement.
Access during the works
The configuration of entrances and available spaces may differ from the ordinary one. During the two evenings the public must follow the event signage and the staff's instructions, without crossing delimitations or accessing the areas affected by the interventions.

3. Wednesday 2 September: sound, image, memory
A laboratory-project born from the encounter between electronics, jazz and improvisation. The sound of the trombone interacts with grooves, sampling, effects and electronic pulses: the “interference” becomes a creative method and a performance built in the present.

Danilo Rea encounters the music of Ryuichi Sakamoto through his own pianistic sensibility and the practice of improvisation. The repertoire of the Japanese composer becomes open material: the piano dialogues with the electronics of Martux_m, while the visuals of Mauro Cosenza expand the concert into an immersive dimension.
Not a simple tribute performance, but a reinterpretation between memory and transformation. The archaeological context — made of overlapping eras, images and traces — reinforces the central theme of the project: making writing, improvisation and contemporary languages coexist.

Who is Danilo Rea
A pianist with a classical training and for decades a leading figure of Italian jazz, he has collaborated with international musicians and great interpreters of the Italian song. The distinctive trait of his work is the ability to transform well-known repertoires through improvisation.
4. Thursday 3 September: Brazil, cinema and Italian song
Agora Tá is a musical place of encounter: voice, guitar, bass and percussion intertwine jazz, Mediterranean traditions and Brazilian sounds. Bossa nova, samba and Afro-Brazilian roots are not reproduced philologically, but become a grammar open to improvisation and dialogue with the audience.

Stefano Di Battista Quintet · La Dolce Vita
La Dolce Vita crosses the Italian musical heritage of the 20th century, from film scores to songs that entered the collective memory. Nino Rota, Ennio Morricone, Nicola Piovani, Piero Umiliani and Armando Trovajoli coexist with melodies by Paolo Conte, Lucio Dalla, Domenico Modugno, Renato Carosone and other authors.
At the centre is the melody, freed from the usual interpretation and set in motion by jazz. Exposition of the theme and improvisation merge into a narrative that moves from irony to melancholy, from lightness to cinematic elegance.

Bond with the territory
Andrea Rea, Daniele Sorrentino and Luigi Del Prete are musicians of Campanian origin who also grew up within the talent promotion context developed by the Fondazione Pomigliano Jazz. Rea and Sorrentino, as members of the DEA Trio, recorded the album Secret Love in 2018 for the Itinera label.

Flavours and discovery of the territory
During the two evenings, operators will be present for zero-mile food-and-wine tastings. The proposal accompanies the audience's welcome and enhances the flavours and products of the territory.

The festival continues the Green Jazz path and the one towards Ecoevents certification, with attention to environmental, social and economic sustainability.
6. How to arrive and where to park
By car
From Naples and the A16 motorway: Nola exit, then follow the signs for Cimitile and the Early Christian Basilicas. The destination is Via Madonnelle, 5 — 80030 Cimitile (NA). Near the centre, follow the temporary event signage and the instructions of the dedicated staff.

The streets immediately adjacent to the complex have limited space. For parking, it is recommended to follow the signs towards the area indicated near Via degli Oleandri. Do not attempt to reach the monumental entrance by car if filters or diversions are active.
Arrive early and allow a few minutes on foot between the parking and the entrance. Any closures, one-way streets, reserved stalls or temporary areas prevail over the general indications reported here.
By public transport
The EAV station of Cimitile, on the Naples–Nola–Baiano line, is about 6–8 minutes on foot from the complex. Always check the day's timetable and any replacement services on the official EAV page.
Attention to the return
Attention to the return: concerts start at 20.30 and the end time is not published; the last runs may not be compatible. Organise a shared car, a ride or a taxi/NCC in advance. Do not plan the return based only on the outbound time.
Accessibility and accompaniment
